Worthless app black screen after login account, but you can view as a Guest all of the Tv you pay for but cant watch. ?

This app is the worst it is slow and sloppy half my shows never load and when they dont load I have to close the whole app to get on another show because the x to get out of shows never works at first I thought it was my wifi causing the slowness but had the same problems on data

This app is not user friendly and streaming only works part of the time.

This app went from bad to just awful after this last update. It doesnt do anything but Initialize and then kick you back out. You cant do anything. Absolute garbage.

Constantly CRASHES! Takes forever to load!!! Super annoying to try to load and hard to watch when crashing ??? DO NOT PLAN TO ACTUALLY WATCH ANYTHING. THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING!

I have the latest versions of DIRECTV apps on my iPhone and iPad. I can no longer watch live tv or programs recorded on my dvr. A complete waste. Ive been with Directv for 8 years, but I think Im done with them. AT&T too. Giving them both the boot.

App wont open. Goes to log in screen and then says initializing and then goes to a black screen

This app is pretty much the only reason Ive kept my DirecTV service. At the point of cancelling since this app crashes ALL THE TIME. Have already uninstalled, reinstalled, reset phone...??

Open up the app, do one or two things and the app crashes. Horrible update.

I am unable to login. It worked yesterday, but today when I tried to log in, it kept loading, stops at the logo and nothing. Please fix this!!!!!

Has its flaws whenever it rains or storms.

I find this App the most helpful app of all that I have I use it constantly give me all the information I need to know

I called only to get sent to 3-4 different departments. I get home to get online then the chat gets cut off. I was scrolling through help with the app under support for Mobile apps and the only questions that come up to select are related the the TV version. Better luck next time.

It just does not work. Open app and stuck on "initializing" . I have uninstalled and reinstalled five times. 3 months later, still no fix.

I really love this app! Its been very user friendly,& no matter where I am I can watch TV or what Ive recorded.

Ok Good I can watch live TV... but the downloading option is garbage i have tried multiple times to download dvr shows and it rarely works... I just tried to download 5 different shows. My phone was plugged in and app was on. I looked an hour later and the app closed out and 1 movie was downloaded..
