DIRECTV App Reviews

This app was working fine a few weeks ago. Please fix this. We are paying for this service with Direct TV and AT&T. This is terrible customer service.

Every time I try to go to DirecTV cinema on my phone to look for movies for TV it consistently says that its loading. It never loads. Another irritant is searching for movies by TV will not show the star rating. It will only show on your phone thats the reason I try searching for movies by phone first

Piece of crap, trying to watch live streaming... Nothing! Actually cant watch no sh/t with this app on my iPhone and iPad

When it works it works well...when it doesnt its frozen. Which is about a quarter of the time, sometimes slightly more.

Very good app. Good visuals, informative, and easy to use. A functional app that gets the job done. Update 3/24/16: remains a string app. Very useful, fairly intuitive to use. Great visually; did become much clearer as to what is iPhone viewable versus not. This is a very useful app that compliments the DIRECTV brand. Update 3/27/16: app is broken. Needs a fix since the Guide does not come up properly or at all. Currently unusable. 4/20/16 Update: fix needed. When attempting to record a show on a specifically chosen channel like Channel 5 an alternate channel(s),398,appears and if not noticed your show will be recorded on the alternate channel. Very frustrating. UPDATE 4/24/16: Problem still exists. Also, an alternate channel could be one that you do not subscribe to like MLB. So if youre wanting to record a local baseball team on one of your subscribed to Regional Network channel your recording will be attempted on the MLB channel instead-which leaves you with a blank recording since youre not subscribed to MLB. FIX THIS APP PROBLEM NOW!

App has never worked! Completely pointless!!!

My app was working just fine a few days ago until it updated now I cant even sign on its saying my user name and password is incorrect when I know its not since att has taken over DirecTv has gone down the drain!!!!

Nothing good to say about it, unfortunately. App crashes, or wont load; search results are erroneous. Should I go on? Shame, since their service is so good. I feared ATTs purchase of Directv, and, so far my fears have come true.

So many issues. Dont even bother downloading it.

Ive have been using the app exclusively ever since we where out of our home due to a fire , using my phone or tablet not missing a beat

Not able to use the app with my iPhone 6.... Trying to watch any show on the app and Im not able to ever since the update that they had.... When is this getting fixed ?

As others are indicating last two weeks I get a constant error message. Will not stream TV shows. This app on s now worthless.

Just a terrible app. Layout is not user friendly. I left dish network for directv and what a mistake that was. Everything dish did was far better than directv. The dish app is far superior.

Im new to DIRECTV and I find the app to be very easy to use. As of now I love everything about the app, EXECPT not being able to watch recorded shows with ease.

Seems like since the last few Apple updates my app wont work. I called directv and everything was fine on their end. The tech even signed into my directv app account on his iPad but for some reason this P o S wont work on my phone. Junk.

Watching tv anywhere!!! Only be better if they add all the channels on my tv

POS cant use. App is always buffering. Useless
