"Cannot parse." What???? I havent been able to watch ANY show for the past two days without this message popping up. So the app is literally unwatchable, making it entirely useless. Also, the captioning system is terrible!! I always have closed captioning on, but it only works half the time. What the heck, man??

Update didnt fix stability issue. App is still stuck on black screen with DIRECTV logo. Streaming is a huge part of their service and a nonfunctional app is unacceptable. I just switched to Directv and regret the decision. Company seems very behind the curve re: technology - it feels like Im using service from 5-10 years ago.

Love that yall offer this free and it should be. Thank you, but yall need to fix the bugs surely yall are reading these I hope lot of bugs needs to be worked out. Like when I turn on auto prepare and it still says its off. Very confusing.

Definitely enjoy this app to the fullest. I can record from it and also watch whats on my DVR. By far the best app for Tv programming.

Just gets worse. Now it tells me I cant record a program because I dont have the right package. I DO have the right package!! Switching to Dish soon!

This is a very nice app and you can watch live games. Another cool thing is that the app is free and dont spend extra money on it. If you think about getting this app I recommend anyone to download it. Lastly the quality of the shows or movies is very clear and feels like home. Go to DIRECTV now!!!

The app is easy to use.

It likes living back before VCRs. When you had to watch tv with commercials. On top of that, the adds are repeated over and over. They play about four different adds. Then they repeat them over again. For the period of time they have commercials approx: 2 minutes. And those same commercials are in every break. Like it is on a loop. The ads are every ten minutes. Maybe they should take some hints at how to stream from NETFLIX. I thought that ATT and direct tv were supposed to be trend setters. Wrong trend as far as I am concerned.

I had them for over 10 years and every month I had to fight over the bill whatever they seven the beginning never happened and the bill was always twice as much as they said it would be with no explanation and after being desperate for so long I just quit and started streaming movies and I can do what I did with Direct TV for about $35 a month instead of 170

Phenomenal tv on the go!

Like many others, one of the things I liked most about direct tv was the ability to utilize this app. But it is crap. It runs slow, if it runs at all, most of the time I get repeat error codes that mean nothing to me. Downloading programs that end up looking like standard def run through a paper shredder take hours to download, and the streaming is worse. I might as well be using dial up to watch tv on this app, although if I did at least I would probably be able to watch something. I have been through the settings, and tried this app for a year and it just doesnt work properly. Even on wifi 300mb down this app runs poorly. There is no excuse, every other streaming service have an app and most channels like AMC, and Fx do too and they all function very well with a sharp picture and clear sound.

After the latest update its back to not working at all.

I like this app cause i can program what i want from work in the mornings.

I like the app but it has some issues I am a blind person and I would like to see touch typing mode available for the remote keypad also having issues with setting up a recording and saving it I thought I had set up the recording for the Tigers baseball game on Sunday to record and it did not record it

I LUV the portability, the always news and sports available, And simple entertainment anytime anywhere. I LUV it!!!

So far my experience with the app hasnt been bad. I dont have much for it bcuz I hardly watch tv but now that I have the app on my phone Im watching all these shows and live tv is cool.

Really like the app but could improve the Live TV Guide. If an item on the guide is unavailable for live streaming or shows an error the guide scroll back to the top. It would be better if the guide went back to the last area you were scrolling.

This my favorite app, I use it all the time!

Tv is showing one thing playing and app shows another. And dont even get me started on how awful direct tv is as a whole. So crooked and they have you by the balls if you sign a 2 year contract. Wouldnt recommend this app or this company to my worst enemy.
