Love the portability of this app!

Thank you for the latest updates! The at app is much more stable, I am very impressed. Keep up the great work. I think I have found my TV company for a while!

June 6, and its still broken. Tried deleting and reloading - This is suppose to work on IPhone yes? It worked like 4 months ago and was great, but now the black screen of death. Please fix as it use to be great. Now its terrible.

Just got this all setup and I cant even log in. I have done it 4 or 5 times and it keeps the loading icon spinning and says logging in and then nothing!!

Most of my issue with this app is when traveling. My kids like to watch their shows while traveling however, the app will sometimes freeze or lockup and you have to close the app then log in again. This can happen with a strong cell signal at any time. Theres no pattern to it.

Was not able to watch NBA Finals from app while I was away from home. Kept getting multiple errors / technical difficulties / not able to stream...

With there sponsoring support of Don Lemon and CNN-Clinton News Network I can no longer stand for there values and will delete this app immediately.

App is smooth,easy to navigate and i love using it..

This is the live channel that I watch daily. The problem is, most of the time it is the show from the previous day. Other times, at the top of the hour it shuts off and I have to restart the app. When it restarts, its the show from the previous day. This is very frustrating.

I understand that I cant watch networks I dont have on my package but there are a lot of channels that I do have but wont let me watch in the app

The app is ok. Dish has it pretty well down but the dierctv needs improvements. Cuts out and not as user friendly. Volume control is missing as well. The app could use some tuning but over all not bad.

So content recorded in HD on a DVR will only stream to this at 480p? What garbage! Hello, AT&T. This is 2017. iPads need better resolution than that. Oh, and good luck trying to watch live TV with this thing. I tried to watch a sports event, and the picture would periodically freeze for 10 seconds at a time while the audio continued to play.

All is good, just want a better section of updates when u get ur scduled recordings like spectrum has. And have a remote were I can speak to , for locating movies and such

If you are looking for an televsion service that offers an app to access your dvr look else where. I have made numerous attempts to try and get this app to respond to my dvr with little if any success. My dvr is on line with my network, double and triple check. When I try to access it it shows some programs. I see that it up dates as some change but does not give me everything on my dvr. I have tried support, installed, un installed, made sure my iphone is authorized as well as my ipad in its app version. They are unable to give me an answer. I really enjoy direct TV service but if your main reason to get it is for the remote free access to live televsion and your dvr, think again.

When searching for a program, it does not tell you what station it is on or station you are recording.

Way too many steps to get into account. Touch ID needs to be added and viewing options and account access should be easier, separate paths.

They block jailbroken phones from using their app which is not good customer service. Thank you to the people who make the work arounds!!!!

Thanks for fixing the DVR access feature. Please continue to regression test this feature as you roll out updates.
