All of the shows get frozen. Since this last update I have not been able to watch anything on the app. It freezes then I have to close the app completely to leave the screen. Its horrible

Ever since the last update the app wont even open on my iPhone anymore and its really frustrating. Please fix!! When it works its awesome and I have no complaints.

I am unable to use this app since the last update. I cannot log in. After entering my login credentials, I receive a black screen with the DirecTV logo and it wont do anything.
I will write a review and somehow it gets erased!!! The app stinks and keep getting worse!!! Constantly locks up and shuts down and when I call support no one can help or even knows anything! My daughter has xfinity and she said it works great! One would think the idiots who program the app would work around the clock to correct the problems! I guess they are just too dumb to fix it!
Until recently it worked ok. The version fails to connect to the DVR so you can watch recordings. But you waste your time trying. Fittingly, the App Support link takes you to a screen that says "Page Not Found".
The app allows me to record my shows/movies, watch my recorded playlists, and many other things that my previous tv provider could not do. An app that does what you need it to do, cant complain about that.
Had other subscribers and recently came over from Dish because of a costco deal. I have to say this is the most buggy app ever. The purpose of having the app is for me to watch my programming on my DVR while Im away from home. What I can access is limited and thats if I can access programming. With Dish and other providers i could access my box like if i were at home, but this app is really limited. It works better at home, but whats the point when i could watch TVs 42"-80" instead.
Tough to navigate and crashes every time I use it.
The app runs well for me. I do wish it had more local stations.

This app no longer launches. It gets stuck on the logo screen. Ive deleted and reloaded the app, powered on and off, etc., but still the same thing.
This version of the app freezes making it very annoying to watch TV. Sometimes the video will freeze or the audio will pause causing them to be out of synch with each other. Sometimes both freeze at the same time. Also using the interface to record a show more than a couple of hours before it airs is difficulty since it only allows scrolling the time slots in 30 minute intervals. I quickly gave up on setting the DVR to record a basketball game two days in advance. Why not have an option to scroll thru time intervals in 12 hour increments like the dvr unit hooked up to the tv? TV has been around for decades. Why is it this app has these issues when running on an iPhone 7 plus that is connected to a 100 mega bit internet service?
App worked great until I did the update. No it wont let me log in. I deleted and reinstalled but it still wont work. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!!!!
Wont even let me sign in. Been dealing with repetitive error code for days. Still doesnt work after following numerous guidelines and tech support
This app simply doesnt work. It wont get past the initial logo screen with the AT&T and Directv logo. Ive reinstalled several times with the same result. Terrible.
Complete waste of a download. Cant stream anything reliably. Takes forever to fast forward.
