My remote control doesnt work so I use this app. Well, until now. The recent update wants to access the personal information from my receiver and phone (obvi to sell to third parties). This is ridiculous. Ill take my business elsewhere.

After login in all I get is a black screen with an AT&T logo. Please update for iPhone 7 Plus

All I get is a black screen every time I try to login and watch something or simply try to set a recording. Terrible. Die as much as I pay for DirectTV this or to work flawlessly. Please fix.

I hate to have to write this as I loved the app, but the latest update has broken it. Shows can no longer be downloaded for offline viewing. When the download icon is clicked, the show appears to download in under a second, which does not work. The show appears in the download folder, but will not play. The auto prepare function is also broken, as shows are taking days to prepare when they used to be done shortly after the show finished recording. Please fix.

As far as live streaming it has been perfect. When viewing my Playlist its garbage. I record daily series, watch and delete episodes. I may try to watch and episode from yesterday but it wont show in my Playlist but episodes that I deleted from the main box are available.

This app would be awesome, if it worked! I cant get through a movie without it crashing 2-4 times. Its 2017 people, and I pay a lot of money to you....get it together! My downloads dont work, not enough channels, and the crashes and restarts are ridiculous. Maybe its time for xfinity. Im about at my end with you people....

The latest update killed the app. Gets stuck on login screen, doesnt go any further.

Just got DIRECTV and the app. So far so good!

needs to be able to stream so when I wrk in garage I can watch sports and news or just in general but overall good app needs to work a couple kinks but wouldnt trade it for anything ????

Keeps trying to initialize... Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesnt go anywhere.... Is this supposed be something other than a black screen with direct TV logo?

Just horrible. Please fix this app. Every time the app update, I lose my ability to stream prime time channels. The only way to correct it is delete the app, reinstall it, then re-register your phone with directv. PLEASE FIX THIS! And... if you click on developer support from here you receive the filling message: AT&T Forums Home Page Not Found The page you are trying to access was not found. Please check your URL for typos and try again.

I wouldve gave the app 0 stars if possible. The app doesnt support air play so if you want to watch it on your tv you can count that out. It also doesnt stream any major networks so unless you want to watch the news on your small IPhone I wouldnt download it.

Dont waste your time. I deleted the app and reinstalled it again. Still wont play.

Love every benefit it offers. On movies especially?! Att with Directv is the best!!

Its a dam shame to pay the amount of money we do for local channels on satellite but cant stream them over our phones "live" ANYWHERE WE ARE LOCATED.!!! There has to be a way to fix this DIRECTV.!!! I mean really,,, we can put a man in space and yall cant figure the channel thing out???

1st the app locks up too much. I tried watching a news station but it kept buffering & locking up. I went on Facebook & watched their live stream of the same station for hours & not once did it stop. Also it would be great if you would put favorites stations at the top of the list or make them accessible from the 1st screen, I have to scroll & scroll to get to my stations, whats the point of having favorites.. then it locks up & I have the start all over again! I hope you will look into these issues.

Has never been a great ap, but now you cant set a recording. The most basic function cant happen. Shame! Basic testing would have caught this. Pathetic! Specifically, find a live event and hit record. It pops up with a dialogue to extend. Hit "do not extend". Box goes away and recording is NOT scheduled. Infinite loop. Again, pathetic. You have one job to me, DIRECTV ap, let me record soccer games. Fail!

The app always freezes, and crashes. Can never get a good stream.

I really wish they could get this app to work properly Lately I cant watch anything I keep getting an error every time I try and watch something on my list And why dont all my shows in the list always show on the app? :(
