DIRECTV App Reviews

All I get is a black screen with the DirectTV logo every time I try to login. Terrible since the update. For as much as I pay for DirectTV and as much as their marketing department is pushing this watch anywhere feature...especially during March Madness, this ought to work flawlessly. Please fix now!!!

Ive had Direct Tv for over 10 years and I love everything about them! The Channels, services and their customer service every time I have an issue. I Would not give them up for nothing in the world! They are worth every dime i spend with them! Keep up the good work guys!! Try to get what I get with other providers and I can guarantee you will be paying an arm and a leg.

I had no issues with this app in the past, until the update. Ive always had direct tv and use this app for the kids while we are in the truck. After I updated the app a couple weeks ago I can not get it to load anything past the log in screen.

Cant even get to the tv listings once I log in. It goes to black screen that says DIRECTV. Its super frustrating & annoying & its been like this for months. So over this crap!!!

Mine just comes up with a black screen and I cant do a thing with it.....grrrrrr

Live tv is pretty much broken. This app is one of the few things keeping me with you and not with a fire stick so fix it!

It is the worst app on iPhone. You have to have the app if you want to use Directv. It is almost scizophrenic in its usage. Icons dont work, the app will just go dark, you cant maneuver through the app. You certainly cant call ATT or Direct because they have a phone number for each different problem you have.

Convenient app. Easily manage recordings from anywhere. No more missed shows. Continuous improvement gives this 4 stars. Get the downloads and remote viewing worked out and it will be a solid 5 stars.

App will not open. Completely unusable.

I love Direct TV. When traveling, I can use the hot spot on my mobile phone to watch Direct TV on my smart TV that does not have a Internet or television connection.

Had to reinstall the app to not have it freeze on the guide every single time. Seems this app doesnt work as well after the most recent update.

Since I updated the app I cant play anything it wont even get to the list of shows...... whats happening

Um...whered the app go!? After the update, I open it and all I get is a black screen with a logo. Pretty useless

This is the most unstable app I have ever owned! Shows dont stream, app crashes! Yet everyday I see a Directv commercial praising the apps ability. They should be ashamed...

No Chromecast functionality ??! Garbage...delete.

I cannot log in to the app to access any features whatsoever because it always freezes, no idea why

Since att bought Directv this app is basically worthless.
