I just got DIRECTV a month ago, 2 app updates and I still get a blank screen when I sign in. Dont bother...

Give it about 20 minutes and it will freeze during a commercial. No rewinding or fast forwarding so you have to watch over and over from the beginning where it will freeze at the exact same spot. What a POS app.

Have been a DIRECTV customer from within a few months of their founding. App used to be reasonably reliable and useful. Since last "upgrade" just getting through the simplest of tasks without the app locking up and crashing is a minor miracle. Why app developers put out "upgrades" that render their working apps useless is inexplicable. At least the TV part of DIRECTV is still great. If DIRECTV is going to upgrade the app to a nonfunctional piece of crap they really should save their customers time and aggravation by not putting out any app at all. That would be a true "upgrade" to this crap and why I "upgraded" my phone by deleting this worthless waste of space. Thanks DIRECTV/AT&T.

Terrible service terrible app everything thus far with direct TV has been a nightmare I should have never switched. I was warned but was sucked in by the low price. BE WARNED the app keeps loosing the password, then says you username and password do not match, and after 3 attempts locks you out. This has happened to me 2 times in less than 4 days, never had issues before. And yes I know and remember my passwords. Just be careful and weigh out ALL your options.

Wished I could check my account through the app instead of getting redirected to a website that isnt worth crap, this app really needs some serious updates

Worked the first day I downloaded it, now it wont load anything. Sometimes it will load a commercial but then tell me the program wont load! Needs improvement big time.

FIX THE CRASHING AND THE STARTING OVER ISSUE. After every crash the video starts from the beginning. If I go to an incoming text for instance and back to video, it starts from the beginning. I download programs and when I check later they are not there.

App Auto updated sometime recently. When I launch app the screen shows DTV logo on a pitch black screen! No options available. Deleted, reinstalled - nothing changes. Apple iPhone OS 10.2.1

App has stopped working. Have installed on both my iPhone 7 and 6 and after login screen nothing happens. The password is correct because if I change it I get a notification the password is wrong. With the right password all you get is the logo and a black screen. Very annoying when you used to be able to set shows to record from anywhere.

What the hey? It just goes to a black screen with the logo, and thats it!

This is a great app and I love it. I love how you can watch any show or movie at anytime.

i cant even get it open was working fine yesterday , now i cant even access app support it says webpage doesnt exist. who runs this app children ? terrible app dont waste your time

I downloaded, accepted terms, and nothing after that. I have deleted the app, re downloaded, restarted my devices, and nothing.

Sub par performance, and thats when it actually works. They need to invest a little bit more time in actually building something right. This isnt a first for directv, pretty much everything about them is awful.

Asked for credentials and then stopped working
