Love this app

The screen is completely black with just the Directv logo. Its not working for me.

I dont like the terms of the user agreement about sharing my data with 3rd party companies. Thats not why I pay for cable service. I do like that I can record shows from the app but it doesnt give any kind of confirmation that my request was successful so I end upgoing thru the please record this show process multiple times wondering if it actually worked.

It seems to be using my data quite well.

Downloaded the app worked great until it updated then all I get is a black screen with DIRECTV on it

Lots of bugs

At first this app worked correctly, but recently as of Monday, it loads and freezes with no sound or playing the channel selected. Its been deleted and reinstalled but still continues to work incorrectly. Please fix this issue.

I have been trying to log Into direct TV all day 3-28-17 and can not at 5:13am central time. Today is not a good review! This happens a lot!

I downloaded new update for iPhone and this app not working

This app is one the worst poorly designed applications Ive use in a long time especially on my iPad Pro 12.9 not even scaled for the big screen as far as design we are on iOS 10 design language this app is running iOS 6 what a joke for a multi billion dollar company.

App tries to load Universe of data BEFORE it lets user tell it which task is wanted. Example: I read review in morning newspaper about a program "To Watch". So my rush is to use phone app to order the program to be recorded. But the app takes 3-5 minutes to download teasers for movies and serials, etc. at the end of which it activates the "search" icon to allow me to complete my task. How about letting the search routine load FIRST, or build a completely new app (a second or third) for users like me?

The app is great!

With technology where it is today- this app is terrible. It literally crashes every 5 mins if not less. So annoying. Better off just using their website.

Great app lets me do everything I want to do almost,cant seem to watch recorded programs

The app has always been flaky but after the uodate, it wont even load on my phone. It sits an initializing and never goes any further. Maybe AT&T did it on purpose so people wont stream on their phone.
