Great addition to the app options. Love this app!!!!

I have had this app for about 3 years now. I travel a lot, so I use this app on a regular basis. You have to be on the same wifi network to originally connect your directv receiver to the app, but once you do that you should be good to go when you are away from home. However, sometimes it disconnects from my receiver at home in which I cant watch while Im on the go away from my home network. This is pretty frustrating. About 40% of the time the quality is poor and blurry (if it decides to work- even with great wifi). Most of the time the app itself cuts out while watching an episode of a show. Which sometimes doesnt act as if I have been watching it, so you have to start from the beginning again. (The app doesnt allow to fast forward so this gets very annoying). I dont know why DirecTV doesnt spend more time on perfecting this app. Its very disappointing. When it does work (which is rare) it works well.

App keeps queing and does not even load. Fix this quickly!

The app is good but we need picture in picture on the ipad!!!

i love being able to watch live tv on my phone & being able to set shows & movies to record without using the directv box, very convenient! ☺️

It works great! I use it everyday! When I cant find my remote...I can still change the channels in my living room! Its like adding another tv to your life, my family cant take over this one!

Works well with my iPhone but on my iPad I have so many problems!

Just hangs saying initializing… this is on a high-speed Wi-Fi connection thats getting over 20 Mbps

Use the app quite a bit on my iPhone 7 plus and my iPad Air. It runs perfectly, only notice minor signal degradation every so often.

No issues. Works really well

No issues no random buffering or app crash. ????????use it daily.

Love it the only thing i would add is more specific categories like adding a new release category fir each network and a personal Page thts made to help find things u may like based iff wat u watch favs list ext.

I like the app. One thing that frustrates me is if I need to look at an email or do something else with my iPhone I have to restart the DirecTV app. There are plenty of other apps out there where it will keep running in the background as you do other things

Seems to be a great app. I love it I can watch my shows at any time and from anywhere

It takes forever to get the app to connect to the receiver, and any time your phone locks or you click out of the app, you have to completely restart the connection.

This app has NEVER worked consistently. Weve been with DirecTV since 1995, love the service at home, but far too many problems on the app. Wont play downloaded shows, rarely allows access to the current playlist, continually disconnects from the receivers at the house when away. Really, the reasons you WANT the app, are the problem areas.

Greatest app Ive ever had. Its very soothing to catch a show at any given time. Thanks. I think its awesome.
