We have used the app many times in our previous and current subscriptions, and since the last update our app wont even load. Tried deleting and re downloaded to no luck. It stays frozen on the DIRECTV screen on 3 devices.

It is a very accessible app for somebody who needs VoiceOver. It is also very user-friendly. I really enjoy using it. I am a blind person and it is very easy to use.

This stupid app is always crashing in the middle of what Im watching. Its already a hassle because if you have to leave the app for any reason, even 2 seconds it takes you back to the home screen and may or may not save your progress.

App is all I expected it to be.

Havent been able to access the app for weeks. Black screen when opened. Constantly needed to sign in when it actually worked

I think it is the best app and DirecTV is the best then all the others thank you for your service.

Hate being FORCED NOW to turn on LOCATION SERVICES to Live Stream. Uses up battery power too quickly. Is this being done to curb live streaming? Dont want to turn on location services to use this app. Was better before updating and now being forced to turn on location services!

The app constantly crashes in the middle of shows. Freezes and wont connect to the receiver.

This is the greatest thing since the toaster!!! I love downloading movies then watching them ON THE AIRPLANE Or IN THE CAR!!❤❤

Great app, runs smooth on iPhone and iPad. And included with DIRECTV, no additional fee. Mint!

This app could be SO much better - give an activity or a poll or something, dont force me to watch the same commercials over and over (some of these breaks are 3 minutes long!) I understand you have to pay the bills but I will not hold my phone for 3 minute blocks of commercials every few minutes while it chews data and crushes my battery. Also your recording genie is atrocious. The wife wants to go back to Fios over this alone.

Love it specially when youve got to go to the doctors office or do something just sitting around and not at home

The constant freezing makes this hard to bear. Why cant it be fixed?

I love the app for my iPhone very convenient or use it all the time. It would be nice to have a feature where the video can be shown in either phone position that be nice

This app is a joke. Everything, and I MEAN ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING I have attempted to watch on this app while away from home is not available. It could be live sports (that I have paid a subscription for) it could be an awards show, it could be anything live. It always tells me its not available on the app, just on TV. News flash DIRECTV, I wouldnt be watching it on my little 5 inch iPhone screen but would be watching it on my 60 inch TV if I was at home! Your app is pointless and so is your service. Cant wait to unplug this summer when my subscription is up and I can give you a big middle finger!
