Wont accept my username/password. Please fix

The overall layout is great but the playback is relatively non-existing.

I drive truck and I like having the choice of radio or tv. Keep up the good work.... Do you think that the so called complaints are from another phone company that is having a problem keeping up with the technology?

Why cant I make a payment in the app? Shouldnt it be user friendly? Doesnt make sense that I log into the app but it goes to safari for me to pay the bill. Fix the app! And clean it up a bit, maybe make it look like an iOS 10 or 11 update rather than iOS 5.

Update: 23 June, 2017 Bimonthly update confirming that entire programming team clearly graduated from DeVry. Steps to make app crash: 1. Launch app 2. Attempt to use app Update: 07 April, 2017 Just want to make sure the horrendous mess that is this app is still articulated for the most recent version, which now utilizes so much processor time to decode video that youll be lucky to get 2 hours of playback on an iPhone 7-plus. I didnt think the app could get worse than it was for my prior review, so congratulations to the software "engineers", I guess? Prior review: This app just gets worse and worse. Since integrating the previously terrible GenieGo app into this one, they have somehow managed to make both parts simultaneously worse. The bugs are too numerous to count, but most recently I spent hours this morning slowly downloading shows only to have the app crash and then delete every last one once I left on my trip. The worst part: the app is still taking up all of the storage space for said shows! My only regret is that the App Store doesnt allow for negative stars.

OK, I know its not perfect but I love the convenience of being able to download recorded shows to watch on the road and /or stream.

Love it use it on the road for my grandsons cartoons! Keeps him entertained!

What else is there to say but garbage!! 3 bars of LTE & it doesnt work!!

Only bad is when sometimes they dont allow you to watch from your phone for some stuff sometimes

I regret switching from SlingTV to ATT/DirecTV bundle. I watch streamed live TV on my iphone most of the time. DirecTV chokes all the time. Ridiculously, when a specific program is done, my TV just stops blank and I have to switch to the upcoming program manually. Why dont let I stay on with the same channel and watch the next program? I will remove DirecTV as soon as my contract expires. Wish a zero star is available.

Was a five star. For some reason I cant watch on my phone anymore

Signs in then goes to a black screen then nothing..please fix this problem asap!!

Love it so far its only been 7 hours thinking about just buying a tablet instead of watching it on my phone or the tv cause Im always working away from home an just dont really have time to stay at home an watch my recorded shows this app really fits me

The app doesnt work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The app worked just fine until a day ago mid viewing. Every so often the app would stall but no biggie. But yesterday I was using it to watch on demand I needed to take care of something so I closed out the app on my iPhone. When I came back to continue watching my program the app is totally blank except for the logo. Wth?? Uninstalled-reinstalled multiple times. I can view as a guest however I can not view items I already pay for. Every time I try to login I get a logo and NOTHING else. Ugh so irritating & im gonna uninstall for good. No need for this thing to take up space on my phone if it doesnt work!!!!

Despite what people say. The app is awesome. And if your with ATT the data usage is free!!

The DIRECTV App is amazing, because can take it it with me and still get to enjoy the movies , my favorite reality shows,that I like watching! Keep up the good work DIRECTV!
