This app is horrible. It wont ever let me log in; gives me sign-in errors constantly saying that Im "not authorized to access this web site"???

I like the app but it has some issues I am a blind person and I would like to see touch typing mode available for the remote keypad also having issues with setting up a recording and saving it I thought I had set up the recording for the Tigers baseball game on Sunday to record and it did not record it

App not working after 4x deleting and re loading

I found it so much easier than U-Verse app. I love it!! Concept in teaching all of the features were great!!

DIRECTVs everywhere app is an amazing way to experience your tv package via streaming data; set or view DVR recordings (when available); and view an amazing library of programming all-on demand, from just your mobile device. I am especially impressed with the recent updates to the DIRECTV app over the past couple of years!

What is this non sense that i cant even watch local channels because "is not in my package"

I give it a NO STAR rating! App wont load. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled and still will not load.

Had other carriers and never had the experience I have found with DTV.

Trying to login does not work. I even went to forgot password to change my credentials so I could try something I just set. Even did a copy and past out of notes to make sure I was not entering it wrong, still no success. Its probably a delayed integration sync between AT&Ts identity server and the DirecTV system. At any rate, not customer friendly at all and a poor excuse for a production ready system (I am using the production ready description very loosely). I also noticed when I was on the AT&T website switching my creds to make sure I simply didnt forget them, that the textbox requesting the user pin for added security says "wireless account #" which is wrong, it does not accept the wireless account #. You are supposed to use your security pin (which one would expect which is why I knew to try it), thinking it was just asking for my phone number first, I tried that and it failed (very confusing to anybody). So if something as simple as a customer facing label on a mission critical feature of a site got by QA, I am wondering just how bad it is under the UI. Dont bother with this app, it is riddled with bugs (if you can even get past the login screen). DIRECTV has gone to hell ever since AT&T bought them IMHO, I am really weighing my options on switching to Xfinity at this point.

This app is borderline useless. You can search for a show and it will let you know what day the show is playing, but it wont tell you the time! How is that helpful at all! The app is super hard to use and not designed well at all. I was trying to find a show manually using the guide and every time I would click something and then go back, it would refresh all of the search options I had chosen. Seriously somebody needs to fix this thing this is like the worst app Ive ever used.

How can a multi billion dollar company continue to throw out a crappy app. Hire a friggin reputable development firm. How hard is it? Pathetic.

Love the App, I wish there was an app available on more platforms like DirecTVNow. If the DirecTV app was available to stream on Amazon fire and Apple TV that would be a major success. The ability to watch your DirecTV on the go, for example if your on a trip at a hotel.

If you cared, this app would work.

This app does not work at all. When it does work the search feature is horrible. Please fix it, with all the money you make from us it should be the best app ever.

Easy to navigate and use!

So, if I want to watch DIRECTV on my iphone or iPad, I have to be on the same wifi network as my receiver. My tv is on my receiver, why am I going to watch it on my iPhone if Im at home. I only want to watch an event on my iPhone if Im not at home. Oh, but I can use my $800+ device as a remote. So much value. If youre too lazy to reach between your couch cushions to find your remote, which has every function at your fingertips, but prefer to use your phone or tablet as a remote, signing into your account, hopefully you dont need to update, waiting for your app to load, and change between multiple screens to get the functionality of your remote, go for it.
