Have to resync to my wifi at least once a month and it wont let me stream anything over three hours like football or NASCAR that I have recorded on my dvr

Ive never had any real problems with the app and Ive been using it for a year! LOOOOOVVVEE IT

The title says it all. They have no idea what theyre doing at customer service in addition they are very rude. The app does not work on an updated iOS system iPhone 7+, and updated on the directv app. Please dont uninstall and reinstall the app because you will be in even worse shape. Only get about five shows out of 80 that are on my DVR which by the way still has 71% free. Absolutely no local shows come in on the app now, but did when originally installed. Maybe updates have caused it to not pick up local channels anymore or DVR shows but if thats the case, the update shouldve never been made. Directv agent that sold me Directv said the app is not what they are interested in making better, yet thats what they used in making a selling point. I DO BELIEVE THAT SAYS IT ALL ABOUT THE APP! Complete junk.

Just stays on black screen with the direct tv logo. You cant advertise that you cant watch anytime anywhere if the app doesnt work. Please fix!!!!

I love that I can watch my shows on my phone "live" also can control my receivers while away from home. It is great.

Sometimes wont load guide but when it does it works well. Love using it to change the channel when someone else has the remote.

Okay I was watching some tv then all of sudden it froze. When I re opened the app it asked me my direct tv and you know pass word and the apple id. So I typed in the right one. And it wouldnt let me in it will say log in error

The app keeps crashing whenever I try to watch downloaded shows. It also shows that I cant watch those shows even though I have them downloaded. Also episodes are disappearing whenever the app crashes.

Love this app and the portability but this version keeps locking up. Hopefully will fix soon and Im back to 5 stars.

Been trying for over a week to try to get this app to even open up after switching to Directv with no luck! Not off to a good start!

Needs work. No settings or account button. Had one. It vanished. Also a show I had been watching suddenly is not available. Extremely frustrating.

I really enjoyed using this app until the new version was released. It is pretty much useless and a waste of time now. I cant watch most of the shows on the DVR and its just about impossible to download anything. Again, this was not an issue until a few weeks ago when I made the mistake of updating.

The app just sits there with the AT&T/DIRECTV logo and does nothing else. Please fix this so I can watch my shows while Im away from my house.

Its really come in handy for me. I have no cable and Im always on the go, so it feels amazing to have live tv in the palm of my hand ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worthless, doesnt even let me get to the login page, much less actually log in.
