DIRECTV App Reviews

Ive been spending a lot of time in a pre-civil war farmhouse in rural Virginia with no TV and internet access. The only thing I have is a weak cell signal and my DIRECTV app. I have Directv back home in NC. I watch many of my favorite shows every night on the app. Its great!

Only 3 stars because what is written I find honest. 3 because still hours of enjoyment. On my iPhone I dont see all stations for live streaming.

One day I can watch anything I want from my package, but the next? Nada, zilch.

The app locks up all the time pointless to have.

Watching live tv then switch to watch something on playlist live tv audio is still playing over my playlist movie.

This app displays a logo on a black background. It literally does nothing else. How did this get approved by Apple?

I was 30 minutes into a hockey game and I got a text message. I chose to read it thinking I could come back to the DIRECTV app and resume play. Well, that wasnt the case. I was forced to start over. Id like to be able to leave the app and come back without loosing my place. Thanks.

Thank you for finally adding ESPN to live stream. Now just get more channels and USA and Ill give you 5 stars.

Takes too many steps to get to personal account or to the intended location. Front page over loaded so takes too much time to load. With a conglomerate the size of DirecTV, there should be an app that isnt so illogical, disorganized and functionally inept. Will delete if improvements not forthcoming.

I think this app is amazing, especially because of the live TV feature, but there should definitely be a Apple TV app made.

Not sure why this is getting so many bad reviews, Ive been using this for a while now and Ive had no problems.Totally worth the download. The fact that it doesnt count towards your data usage because of its partnership with AT&T is also a great bonus.

Just got DIRECTV and the app. So far so good! A month later and after updating to 10.3.1 I cannot open the app. Need help! I use to like the app. Got the app back after a month so back to 5 stars. Cool!

Since update app wont work on my iPhone. Goes to logging in screen then goes blank screen with DIRECTV on top. App works fine on my IPad Pro.....? UPDATE 4-13-17. for some reason my username changed from my att sign in to my gmail sign in. All is working great again!!!!!

Great idea terrible app! Doesnt work properly half the time.

It is amazing because it has all the great movies that you love and you can even live stream

The app designer should be ashamed of himself if he thinks this is a working model its the worst app Ive ever used constantly stops, rewinds 15 seconds then shuts down before end of the program. The real geniuses are the ones the design the spectrum app for AT&T unbelievably well done. You geniuses over a DirectTV should get in a different industry because what you did with this app is shameful its stinks

Receive error message more often the app actually works. Dont waste your time or money on DIRECTV.

App doesnt work! Just loads then shows nothing.
