June 20 App is NOT connecting or initializing on any device. I normally use daily, but now it Cant be used.

Since I installed the latest update , doesnt work at all.

Tv is fine... but this app... could use major work. Works sometimes.... glitches a lot. Now I cant get past the direct tv black screen. Ive tried everything. Its not my device, its not my connection, its not my wifi, its the app.

Constantly crashes, randomly signs you out in the middle of a program. Its takes minutes to even "initialize" and never does. The app is perfect for DirecTv standards, because their standards are low.

This app hasnt actually worked for me since March- please fix it!!!! You can enter your login info and then it just goes nowhere.

Accepts Id and password but then locks up and wont go on.

Logs in then just sits there with the DirectTV and Att logo. Even tried deleting and re downloading. Pretty much useless at this point and decreases the value of having DirectTV.

Cant stream, app crashes way to often. DirecTV needs to release a Stable version. This app is useless!!!

App wont load. Deleted and redownloaded. Still wont open. So annoying

Please fix. Since the new update I can no longer watch tv on the app at all. I cant even log in anymore.

Doesnt want to launch the app or or even log me in please fix this.

I normally really enjoy the app and even though the streaming can be slow at times, overall its pretty good. But today I had to re-enter my password and info and since then the app will NOT load anything other than the directv logo. I can see the guide or stream any live tv. This is horrible! Please fix this ASAP!

The app is Amazing when it works, and thats not too often. Fix it PLEASE‼️‼️‼️

The app wont let me log in. It used to work very good up untill a few days ago i cant log in.

i imagine its not a good thing when you click app support and it takes you to a not found page. cant seem to do anything with this app. what did they do to it and do they need to hire new q&a people ?

If I could give this app negative stars, I would. Its terrible. It NEVER works and on the off chance it actually opens, I STILL cant stream anything and its so slow that I can barely browse. All of my apps are on Auto-Update and Ive even manually checked to make sure its updated. For as much money and DIRECTV charges people monthly, you would think they would be able to hire some I.T. people with half a brain to fix this worthless app.

As reported by many others, the newest release of this App is not working. Opens up the directv logo and just stops there.

The app is not working. Only get black screen with logo. I have closed the app, deleted and reinstalled the app, checked for latest IOS update and nothing is working. Also if you click on APP support the link is invalid. Please fix.
