Thinking of cancelling my Netflix subscription!

Missing UVerse

Im really missing UVerse. Everything about that app (and service) was easier. Cannot connect to Geniego at all - so basically cant do anything.

Total junk

I recently switched from Time Warner Cable and their terrible app was better than this. Everything is hard to navigate, nothing is streamlined, the entire app is an eyesore. I have to constantly turn closed captioning on with any channel change. My channels frequently turn pixelated, and Ive got 50mbps internet, there is no excuse for that. Ive found myself barely watching tv because its such a hassle to use this app. Redesign the whole thing, please!

What I Need

The app is okay, I like that I can now live stream ABC, CBS, and FOX. Unfortunately I still cant watch the shows I record from the app. Like how awesome would that be to not only set shows to record but also be able to watch them from the app. Im sure its possible so please dont act like its not. Just make it happen.

This app is extremely useless, it has never allowed me to login to my DirecTV account.ive tried to update the app and I get the same results. Please dont offer an app if you cant keep the stars above three

Cant log in

Tried to log in on iPhone and keep getting message that says unknown error

Since AT&T took over

Downloading and prepare time is extensively long. Application help is almost nonexistent. You can stay on the phone with them for three hours and still not solve the problem. You cant take shows to go unless youve decided to prepare them for about a week. Because of that the application has become almost useless out of the home unless youre in Wi-Fi area. DirecTV how could you have let this happen. The genie go app was so much better

The App doesnt work with my iPhone 6 anymore. And dont trust DirecTV to fix it.

My iPhone app for DIRECTV has been working just fine. About two weeks ago it started giving me error unknown error messages. I did everything ask me to do and then they said they would switch me to their engineers review back to me within 48 hours. The 48 hours have gone by and no one contacted me in the app still doesnt work. When I talk to them they say this is a free service and so what are you complaining about. Im sorry but this is a promise service it doesnt work. I was always very happy with DirecTV but I can now see what AT&T is doing to it.

Terrible terrible app

Just signed up yesterday told me I could use the app and it wont let me says unknown error. Terrible customer service the tech people are clueless. I wanted to watch the KC royals because they are champs and I couldnt do that.

Recent update not any better. Maybe the developers should check out "HBO NOW" for an example of how a streaming app should function. Possibly AT&T needs to hire some 6th graders. They will get the job done.

HORRIBLE!

HORRIBLE! So many ads during one show it completely ruins the whole experience of the show! If I could give it less than one star I WOULD!!

Pure junk! Does not work!

Worked for me fine in the past. Now it just gives error codes or debugging errors. Dtv customer is absolutely no help. Transfer, transfer and then transfer again. Billion dollar company cant even get a simple app to work, jeez.

Can not login

Im am receiving an Unknown Error when trying to login. Please fix. The app is unusable.

Worst app I have ever used

That sounds like a wild statement, but after trying 1,000s off iOS apps over the years, nothing comes close. First, there is the fun of trying to get anything on to your device. The app wont stay open when the device goes to sleep, so you feel like you are on "Lost," forced to touch the screen every 15 minutes to keep it downloading. Then, when you try to use it for its most important feature--working off-line--good luck! 90% of the time when I am in an airplane, it wont work at all. It doesnt matter how many hard reboots you try, whether the Wi-Fi is on or off, or whether it is a brand-new iPad, you will still be out of luck. So what about calling their utterly clueless customer support? Its even more laughable than their satellite support. You are likely to be told to delete the program and reinstall it, which of course deletes all of your (worthless) recordings; not much help when you are far away from home. I see that Genie Go is gone, which is a step in the right direction. There should be a class action suit to get them to provide a working product; especially given users that are charged hundreds of dollars a month for the "service."

Cant log in, saying external failure, Ive deleted app and re downloaded already, my user and password are right

Connectivity issues

I continually have problems connecting to my receiver with the app. When it works, its very cool and easy to use. The problem is that it wont connect consistently which is aggravating and not worth the frustration.
