My iPhone app for DIRECTV has been working just fine. About two weeks ago it started giving me error unknown error messages. I did everything ask me to do and then they said they would switch me to their engineers review back to me within 48 hours. The 48 hours have gone by and no one contacted me in the app still doesnt work. When I talk to them they say this is a free service and so what are you complaining about. Im sorry but this is a promise service it doesnt work. I was always very happy with DirecTV but I can now see what AT&T is doing to it.
