Absolutely awful

It just freezes on the loading screen every time I load it up it is just complete trash

Too many commercials

Trying to watch a show or scrubbing through commercials on the free/network channels is a joke. If you need to jump a head into the movie it build a queue of commercial for you to sit through.

Audio keeps dropping despite closing and reopening the app.

ANNOYING

This app is soooo frustrating!! Ive tried logging on for 30 minutes, Ive reset both my password and ID and it still will not allow me to log on. When I go on the website to try and watch shows there it logs me on but only takes me to my billing information ???

This app works great can control my DVR from phone. Good as advertised

Ok

I cant watch my favorite shows but I can watch the free movies and things on demand. It is great for the road. My family travels to Florida 4 times a year and we drive in the car. I watch cool movies on this then a lot.

Not perfect. But does the job when you need a backup (on the road, etc.)

If it was possible to give one star I would. They know their app is total garbage yet they still over charge customers for the "service they provide" what a joke

Not very good

This app is very difficult to use and works about half the time. You can watch a show today but may not be able to do the same thing tomorrow. I realize this is a complex app but I think they should stop making it available until it becomes easy to use and more reliable.

The worst!

Refuses to register with my DVR despite multiple calls to DirecTV and searching the web as well. Totally useless!

I really like the DIRECTV app. Ive used it a lot while traveling when I dont have access to a tv, and its never failed my entertainment needs. Thank you DIRECTV!!

I have 4 tv lines cant afford 8 or more I signed up for 4 lines there was a wall outlet for att U-verse wireless which I switched from to direct tv They would not could not run the line to the tv (1 tv in playroom for 3 kids upstairs no room tvs. I dont think att direct tv gives you the appropriate information when setting up or moving service then they try to charge you for putting a line to the wall you requested BUMMED MISLED SORRY THUMS DOWN?? Stan Ps the technician was very nice and working late but the policies appear to be intentional misleading a customer to charge more and make more money

Worst app

This app is awful. It fails on both iPad and iPhone - pull it off the App Store until you can fix stability, performance, and just basic code problems. I recommended Sling and Comcast to friends and family because of your app failure.

Great programming, awesome video quality and easy iPhone/iPad accessibility. Love it.

Great app

I have been a customer for 18 years . I use the app often and dont know why it has some bad reviews it worked great for us. Also nice to be able to use your phone as a remote .good stuff dont hesitate to use the app
