Directv has the best sports package I love that Streaming anywhere doesnt use my AT&T cellular data!!! Luv it...

I despise how you cant fast forward some shows. I wanted to resume where I left off but I couldnt and so I had to re watch 45 minutes just to watch the last 15. Terrible design.

Not good d v r streaming to your device

Latest version stops your viewing about four or five times during a one half hour show. Error message saying the show is not viewable even though it is. You have to go back to menu to do a slow reload only to have it crash again and again. A lot of times the menu does not load for live tv streaming.

I have appreciate all the discounts or looking to see if we can get a better deal even coming out to fix any problem with a quick response. Thank you guys!!

Used to be that when I opened the app nothing automatically played at the top of the screen, plenty of room to scroll through the stations. Then they changed it and the top half of the screen was taken up by a channel playing immediately, automatically. Seemed it was the last channel Id been viewing? Anyway its changed and now automatically gives you the Fox News channel (which I dont watch and have never watched) until or unless you choose another station. Does Fox pay for that to happen or is it a political choice by someone at DirectTV?

Awful design. Dont think you could make it more complicated if you tried. Have you guys seen competing apps?

This is a very good TV service app now with DIRECTV if you have AT&T you can stream without using any recorded data! There is only one thing I dislike about it, you dont have all the Chanels you have with your TV on your phone. Bundle with AT&T you will also save big time money on your cell phone bill.

channel guide was messed up before, now i have no complaints about saved channels and you can go many days into the future to record... all i really use this app for anyway.

App works great. Can stream live tv or play recorded items off my DVR from anywhere I get a decent signal. Plus on demand programming rounds out a complete lineup. Its nice to browse the guide without disturbing the programming on the home screen. Then switch to whatever program I find. Great as a backup remote too.

Update. Continues to disappoint. 5 minutes left of a show app crashes. Forces you to start from beginning. No matter your subscription status (we have the most expensive) you can only view a handful of shows with this app. Also, frequent crashes and no fast forward means you wont be able to see any show from start to finish.

in the phone version you can atleast browse the channels guide and see what is currently showing while already on a channel. while in the tablet version it doesnt even show you what is playing on each channel let alone have the ability to browse while viewing. even though o recognize it could be worse its still not good. for some odd reason ability to see what is showing in each channel goes away if you dont sepect "date & time" in the drop down tab of the guide. also every single episode of every single show has moments where it stops, freezes the video, then it plays audio of an entire scene then when video resumes it replays the entire scene ends it replays the entire scene this time with video not being frozen.

I dont want to jinx myself saying I enjoy this app and it works great after all the bad reviews but ... I love it and it works perfectly. So sorry some are having problems , so far so good here. Watch I just jinxed myself and if it begins to get crappy Ill update my rating lol. Update .... not happy? Ok ok its August and this app crapped out ugh. Will load to a point then just the logo appears and it stops aaaaaaagh

If i could give it no stars I would, because its just a waste of storage. Opens but wont even load.

The app is good but it has something that is keeping it from being great. They use to allow you to project live shows from your mobile to a tv through an hdmi connection but it seems they have taken this ability away. For a long standing customer like myself which uses a feature like that a lot its a serious let down when they took it away. To me this holds the app and DIRECTV from being great.

I love the Directv app. Its cool how you can use the remote on the app to change channels. Lol.

Not sure why others are having issues. Could be their login credentials, or lack of good cellular coverage or the wifi isnt working well, or fast enough. I have no problem accessing my channels through the app. I was just in Illinois 2 weeks ago watching Shows that I couldnt access on the hotels TV.

I think it works pretty well

The app doesnt allow you to log out. When you click log out it acts like its logging out but then logs you right back in. Please fix as soon as possible!
