No DVR access

The feature of being able to access the programs on your DVR from the app does not work reliably. The list of my DVR programs is incomplete and never up to date. The remote DVR access was one of the primary reasons I switched to Directv. Whether its an app flaw or by-design, its very disappointing. But because that flaw has persisted through numerous updates, I suspect its intentional.
