Disappointing had higher expectations

This app is a nice addition to my cable package however it really works well most of the times I have great service and connection and the app keeps telling me I have no connectivity which is annoying and makes it useless to have on my phone DirecTV has been disappointing for a long time cannot wait to switch over to a competitor
