App doesnt work
Just signed up for DTV and tried to use the app on my iPhone 7plus and my iPad 4th gen. Plus a friend tried his Samsung GS8 and reading online it seems very common that the app just never properly connects. I get a black screen with the Directv logo that just sits there.
Very poor support too as CS says to remove and re-add the app and no other fix.
Frustrating that this has been a issue since at least Jan 2017 and now in Aug its still an issue.
