Biggest regret of all time.

Directv, known for "being able to record and watch anywhere anytime in HD..." this is highly untrue. I have tried to watch several movies and shows in the last 2 months of having this application and every time I have to pause when something comes up, guess what? Magically the show is no longer available and I am unable to watch it.
The customer service isnt much better when I have to call in.
If you want an app to watch the movies, download Netflix or Amazon Prime Video. It will save you grief. Plus at least their customer service is head and shoulders above Directv, and is not over charged as directv is.
Save yourself some grief, save your pennies, and avoid at all costs.
One of my biggest regrets when I signed up for Directv, and downloading the application. Whats the point in offering something when you can not provide what you offer?
