Love idea of the app but has major issue

The app never saves my pause point in the show. Whenever I start a show and pause it midway through, I have to watch it from the beginning when I come back to it. The weird thing is that it does show Resume with the how many minutes Im into the episode bar but when I click on Resume it forces me to start over vs going back to where I left off. It didnt always do this. It started recently with all shows. Sometimes I give up and buy on iTunes.
