Poor and inconsistent performance

Pathetic performance on my home network with a solid internet connection. App routinely freezes; picture locks up while audio continues. Video and audio also go out of sync. Video stutters and repeats. At one point, the app lost all programming and would not let me select a channel.

Ironically, the commercials played just fine. At least Corp America has their priorities straight.
