AT&T and they cant do better than this?

WHAT A PIECE OF GARBAGE! I use the app on my iPhone 7. It constantly stops and starts EVEN WHEN I HAVE FULL SIGNAL. Its to the point of being ridiculous. Please do something about it. The app needs work and it seems like you guys just dont care! I mean you have a star and a half and you dont think you might have a problem??!!
Theres shows on my DVR that show sometimes and not others. The. Theyll show and be gone minutes later. THIS APP IS HORRIBLE! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME IT IS!!!!!
