Worse than useless

Absolute piece of annoying garbage, doesnt work at all. DIRECTV must not want its customers to be able to use this app and must take pleasure in tormenting them. To add insult to injury an annoying box keeps popping up asking if u love the app
A big F U from DIRECTV to the people who pay them the highest rates in cable. How do these people sleep?
