Horrible app

App is almost worthless. Youd think with all the tech behind ATT/DirecTV that theyd have something amazing. Id settle for functional. I swear the only reason we keep this service is for NFL Sunday ticket. But even now Im rethinking that.
1) Doesnt always show full playlist.
2) Downloaded movies dont always show up.
3) My channels dont always appear.
4) If I have to pause and open something else up on my phone, the app often doesnt calibrate correctly and I have to shut it off and start the process all over.
5) Dont even get me started on the iPad.
