So like many people after I updated the app I couldnt get it to load. Heres the solution I found.
1. In your settings completely delete your tv subscription
2. Delete the app
3. Re-download it
4. Go through the setup/login process again which should allow you to store your subscription in your settings again.
I think something is happening during the call to pull your subscription in. But doing it brand new worked for me.
I will tell you that once you get it working this is a great app and the only reason we havent cut the cord yet.
