DIRECTV app useless
I have had this new bundled package from AT&T/DIRECTV for three weeks and everything is going good with the exception of the app for iPhone. No matter how many hours I spend on a phone call with the technical group, they have no idea how to fix. No matter how many times I unload and reload the app the thing doesnt work. No matter if I log in via safari and try to stream there - the website takes me back to the app that doesnt work. Strange thing is that I can use the streaming services from any other device without any issues but cant from iphone.
Come on guys get it together and fix this rather annoying challenge for your customers .... furthermore get your customer service some valuable information about this issue so that the consumer isnt spending hours doing things that do not correct the problem, leaving us waiting days for an escalation phone call to do exactly the same things.
