Cant log in! Fix the app!

This app hasnt been working for while. We I try to log in it doesnt recognize my log in ID. The latest update didnt fix this problem. Tech support cant figure out whats wrong. Customer service cant provide customer service. If you have the AT&T Direct TV bundle you could be experiencing this problem. Changing your password doesnt work. Deleting the app and then reinstalling it doesnt work. Turning off my device and turning back on doesnt work. However, if you log in on a PC it works. Doesnt help if youre on the go.
So Direct TV it isnt a user issue its your app thats the issue.
