Used to work, now it wont recognize me

Ive been using the iPhone and iPad app for about 2 years now. Up until today, its worked pretty well but after todays update to the latest version,I cannot even log in remotely.

I can log in online on safari, but using the same creds in the App fails???? I get multiple error messages about using the correct passcode, check my router or internet connections, etc even though other wifi apps let me log in the my DirecTv creds?? Frustrating because the NBA finals are about to start. Guess Ill use the Abc App which works fine.
