Big Data Grab

I joined DIRECTV less than a month ago and although the picture quality is good they are a shady company in my opinion.
I just tried to use their app and I now have to agree to an end user agreement that sounds a little invasive. Ive had more than one after the fact surprise with them and now Im thinking I may have made a mistake subscribing.
