Image freezes and audio keep on playing

Dont know what to say.. but the app is garbage it doesnt work right.. if I had to say Cablevision pay more attention to their app then DIRECTV.. and the funny thing is that they promo it like crazy on tv.. please put more time in too your app some off us travel and we use it to keep use entertainment..
