Stopped working, wont connect to receiver

Stopped working, wont connect to receiver. Direct Tv cannot fix issue
Constantly freezes, loses connection, errors. Not stable at all and on wifi most of the time. Way too many channels are blocked out too. Uverse app was better even though that sucked too.
