Unbelievably Unreliable

Switched to DIRECTV from U-verse about 5 weeks ago. The DirecTV app is utter garbage, simply because I cant get it beyond the initial logo screen, and have wasted hours of my time with support to get nowhere at all.

AT&T and DirecTV Executive Leadership should be completely ashamed, but they dont care. Awful.
