Had to give it a one star, as low as it goes

We just got DirecTV a week ago. For 5 days we worked on learning the app. Now it will get us to a black screen with the DirectTV logo on it.

AND THATS IT!!!

We have tried uninstall and reinstall 10 times with the same results. It still works on an old iPad with older software, but iPhone 6&7 it is totally useless ?
