Seriously?!

Awful, awful, awful! Why did you merge with AT&T? Dont answer - I know it was all about the money, money.
Ive never experienced so many glitches, and crashes, and an unexplainable inability to stream via wifi and in my own home! And customer service reps are clueless.
I think Im going to either switch to Comcast or just subscribe to a bunch of streaming services.
